As Owner of Tuki and throughout his impressive 25 year professional career, Robert has consistently performed at an exceptional level.
Tuki is a multi-faceted business which encompasses hospitality and food service. Guests are treated to deluxe accommodations in the beautiful cottages surrounded by dry stonewalls, landscaped gardens and established trees. There is also a private lake on the grounds. In addition Tuki has a trout farm with 6 ponds to fish from and they will clean and package the fish that patrons catch.
The restaurant specializes in a number of interesting trout dishes although they also have a variety of other dishes. Robert has been growing, preparing and serving trout for over 21 years and is constantly seeking to perfect his recipes. The food can be served to guests in their cottage or they can enjoy the ambience of the restaurant which provides alfresco dining during the warmer months and the warmth of the fireplace in the winter.
Robert is a member of the Royal Automobile Club of Australia.
